What safety assurance builds in a long run is safety culture. We perceive safety multi-dimensionally, in the context of how we and others relate to it at all scales and levels. There are many ingredients and influences brewing a mature safety culture. When making our specific recipe we should account for as many of them as reasonably practicable.
